Hastag (#) is one of the most widely used symbol and important potent forces on social media platform. It was invented by Charis Messina in the year 2007 in a Tweet as a medium for people to connect on online network.

The Main idea behind this Hastag was to have a place online where anybody could start a conversation and others could join in .
